Benefits Screening & Enrollment

Open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, Center for Family Life is available for benefits screenings and supporting those are eligible in enrolling in benefits. Benefits screenings and enrollment are by appointment, but walk-ins can often be accommodated. If not, they are given an appointment time to return. 

Benefits screening and enrollment include: Fair Fares, IDNYC, Medicaid, SNAP, Cash Assistance, one-shot deal, WIC, NYC Cares, FHEPS, DRIE, SCRIE and other housing applications as available, and others.

We provide support in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Haitian Creole. We also have a language line available.
